All orders are dispatched in 15 days* from the date of payment and confirmation of the order.

Installation for 1 wardrobe takes only a day and it takes two days in total for 2- 3 wardrobes. An order for a 2 BHK home with a kitchen and 1-4 wardrobes can be installed in four days. Installation can take longer in cases where there are snags or defects.

There is no additional charge for installation. All prices shared with you include installation, delivery and taxes. Please refer to your order details to understand the exact price of your order.

Warranty is only applicable if the customer does not do any external work on the products by an outside agency after purchase. In such a case, the warranty provided by the company will not apply for both plywood or hardware. Warranty covers repairs of all the products wherever possible, however, the decision to replace them will be on the sole discretion of GSE Commerce only. Our warranty doesn't cover physical damage of the product including normal wear and tear, cuts or scratches, or damage caused by impacts/ accidents. Also it does not cover products that get damaged due to inappropriate use or those cleaned using wrong cleaning methods / products nor is it applicable to products exposed to moisture.

We will not be able to modify the products since we offer factory finished modular units. However, all the products from the individual units, internal configurations, colours of shutters,, hardware, accessories, and handles have been carefully selected by our team of experts after in depth market research. We are confident you will find products that satisfy your requirements. Our team of cabinet specialists will help you pick the right product configuration to suit your needs.

At the moment we do not provide this service. This is due to the variation in sizes across so many homes and our shutter sizes will not match your existing units.

We do not offer colours from outside of our catalogue as that will make our warranty clause void. The 16 shutter colours offered on our website are based on the top selling colours in India. These 16 colours cover all categories of finishes from neutrals, light and dark wood grains to solid colours. You can safely trust our cabinet specialists to help you make the right selection for your product.

We do not undertake additional civil work at the site. We manufacture and install modular, made-to-measure kitchens and wardrobes. If you need help with modification of electrical or plumbing points in your kitchen to match the order, you can contact the vendors in our vendor list. We will be happy to share the vendor list with you to make it easier for you to pick one that suits you. You can directly contact the vendor and confirm your requirements with them. Please note, that timelines and prices need to finalised between the vendor and the customer. We will not be responsible for this coordination.

We manufacture and install factory finished modular kitchens and wardrobes. In kitchens we cover the installation of the countertop as well in our scope of work.

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled. Since we commit to a 15 day delivery period, we start processing the order as soon as we receive the payment.

Once the order has been delivered, the installation team will open the packages and do a quality check before installation. In the rare case that there is a defect or any issue with the order or part of the order, the team will arrange for a replacement at the site.

All units are made with verticals and shutters in commercial plywood, laminated on both sides and edges are sealed with PVC edgebanding. The horizontal surfaces are made with engineered wood.

The shutters and the vertical panels in the carcass are made with ISI Grade Commercial Plywood that is borer resistant and moisture resistant grade manufactured to our specifications.  The shelves are made from engineered wood from the highest quality manufacturers in the country. The hardware we procure has passed through stringent quality checks and is made of the finest of steel.

The thickness of laminate used ranges from 0.7mm to 1mm based on the functional requirement.

The laminates and hardware are our own brands and are manufactured to exact specifications given by us.

You can share an approximate size for your walls with the team for them to create a design for your kitchen and /or wardrobes. The cabinet team will in any case visit the site to get the exact measurements of the space to generate an accurate proposal.

The cabinet specialist will visit the site, take the exact measurements and then make the changes required in the order. Based on your functional requirements and the site measurements the cabinet specialist will create the exact design with the final price.

We are currently present in Bengaluru, Mumbai, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Coimbatore, Mysore, and Vizag.  The cabinet specialists will also carry the samples with them during the site visit.

The turnaround time for civil kitchen orders stands at 15 days + installation. This will start from the day the revised measurements are taken on the site after we receive full payment from the customer.

Turnaround time for orders from outside Bengaluru will be 21 days + installation
